Paid Plans, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026

1. Trials

If PawVibe offers a free trial, the signup page will state the trial length, features included, whether a payment method is required, when billing starts, the renewal amount, applicable taxes, and how to cancel before being charged.

2. Billing and renewal

Paid plans may renew monthly or annually as selected at signup. You authorize PawVibe and its payment processor to charge your payment method for plan fees and applicable taxes until cancelled. Prices will be displayed before purchase. We will not add mandatory fees that make the advertised price unattainable, except taxes or government-imposed amounts as allowed by law.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid plan through your account settings or by contacting hello@pawvibe.ca. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated in this Policy.

4. Refunds

Monthly plans are generally non-refundable after the billing period starts. Annual plans may receive a prorated credit or refund within the first 14 days if no significant paid feature usage has occurred. Provider sponsorships and setup services may be non-refundable once the campaign or setup work has started.

This does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Plan changes

If you upgrade, the new fee may be charged immediately or prorated. If you downgrade, changes may take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise stated.

Taxes and pricing: All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Alberta residents pay 5% GST where applicable. Taxes are added at checkout.
