Pricing

Pack Leader subscription: $2.99 CAD per month. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees, setup costs, or long-term contracts.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. PawVibe does not store your credit card information.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pack Leader subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pack Leader access until then. No partial-month charges apply.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with Pack Leader, contact hello@pawvibe.ca within 14 days of your most recent charge for a full refund of that charge. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are not available for charges older than 14 days, unless required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

Free tier

The free tier of PawVibe (map browsing, check-ins, park conditions) requires no payment and no credit card. It will remain free.

Price changes

We will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before any price increase. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
