Provider Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to pet service providers (groomers, walkers, trainers, daycares, pet stores, and pet-friendly businesses) who claim a listing on PawVibe. By claiming a listing, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms of Use.

2. Listing claims

You may claim a free listing for a business you own or are authorized to represent. PawVibe may verify your identity and business details before activating your listing. False claims may result in listing removal and account termination.

3. Listing content

You are responsible for keeping your listing information accurate and up to date. PawVibe may display your business name, address, phone number, website, hours, and services as provided by you. You grant PawVibe a non-exclusive license to display this information on the platform.

4. Sponsorship and advertising

Paid sponsorship placements are optional and subject to separate sponsorship agreements. Sponsorship analytics (impressions, clicks, profile views) are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Claiming a listing for a business you do not own or represent
• Posting misleading service descriptions or pricing
• Soliciting or incentivizing fake reviews or check-ins
• Using listing access to harvest user data

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the listing relationship at any time. PawVibe may remove listings that violate these terms, are reported by users, or are found to contain inaccurate information after verification attempts.

7. Liability

PawVibe is a listing platform, not a marketplace. PawVibe does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the quality of services provided by listed businesses. Transactions between users and providers are between those parties only.
