1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PawVibe (pawvibe.ca), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use PawVibe. PawVibe is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], located in Beaumont, Alberta, Canada.

2. What PawVibe is

PawVibe is a community-powered platform that shows real-time conditions at dog parks in the Edmonton Metro area. Information is provided by users and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.

3. User accounts

You may browse the map without an account. Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

When using PawVibe, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading park condition reports
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use PawVibe for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with PawVibe's systems
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

5. Check-in data

By submitting a check-in, you grant PawVibe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that check-in data on the platform. Check-ins are anonymous to other users and expire after approximately 2 hours. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Pack Leader subscription

Pack Leader is an optional paid subscription at $2.99/month, billed via Stripe. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Billing & Refund Policy for refund details.

7. Disclaimers

PawVibe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Park condition data is community-sourced and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. PawVibe is not responsible for decisions made based on information displayed on the platform, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or pet incidents at dog parks.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawVibe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to PawVibe in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@pawvibe.ca.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
